30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of arrival to request a return for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Conditions for a Full Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Product Condition: The item you wish to return must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, when requesting a return.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

4. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 15% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with it.

3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item following our refund policy guidelines and place a new order for the desired product.
